How do I convert an Urdu PDF file to Urdu MS Word?

If the PDF contains text in Urdu script, you can cut and paste it. Urdu is written right to left (according to Wikipedia), so if Word doesn’t automatically recognise that, you may need to set the text direction in Word. If the PDF is basically an image file of text written in Urdu, you will need to use OCR (optical character recognition) to convert the image into text - you will need an OCR program which supports Urdu. If the PDF is in some other language, say English, then you will need to translate it. Best to find a good human translator - machine translation can be iffy, especially between languages with radically different grammars.
